Joey is a Consultant at EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING with applied life sciences industry experience and scientific research experience.

While at EVERSANA, Joey has worked on a number of forward-looking commercial and innovation strategy projects focused on anticipating future trends in healthcare and developing strategies to prepare. Experienced in market research, influence mapping, and competitive intelligence, Joey’s work has focused on oncology and neurology as well as cell therapies and digital therapeutics.

Before joining EVERSANA, Joey earned his Master of Business and Science degree with a concentration in biotech management from Keck Graduate Institute of the Claremont Colleges. Working with Gilead Sciences in his capstone project, he developed an intranet portal for the company’s Technical Services department to improve project management processes. Joey also interned at Atara Biotherapeutics in its Technical Operations department, mapping supply chain business processes for the company’s allogeneic T-cell therapy.

Prior to graduate school, Joey worked at City of Hope, where he investigated the relationship between CAR-T cell therapies and the tumor microenvironment in glioblastoma. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
