Monica works closely with pharmaceutical, OTC, medical devices and diagnostics companies, where she advises country managers and business unit leaders on business problems related to brand performance at all stages of the product lifecycle.
Monica has successfully led engagements involving market assessments, opportunity mapping, ATUs and brand trackers, equity studies, concept and communications testing, pricing studies, segmentation and positioning studies.
Monica completed her Bachelor’s in Pharmacy followed by MBA from Mumbai University. She has written papers and presented in various international forums. She has also been conferred the recognition and certificate of being one of the top 101 global healthcare leaders by the World Health and Wellness Congress in 2020
