Natalie brings 25+ years of pharmaceutical experience in all levels of trade and distribution.  During her career she has managed a Customer Service 90+ organization (hybrid business models) and has managed a Global ERP Project for order to cash.

During her career, she has built a broad-based knowledge of multiple healthcare channels, deep pharmacy channel business and an unsurpassed customer network as a trusted partner.

Previously as an Executive Director of Trade Relations at Bausch Health, Natalie was responsible for developing and executing contracts, distribution, and pull-through strategies across wholesale, retail pharmacy, specialty distribution and specialty pharmacy channels.

In 2020, Natalie was recognized with a CEO Award as well as other Market Access/Wholesaler Awards through her tenure at Bausch.

Natalie holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Marketing where she  graduated summa cum laude.
