Additionally,

  • Custom ePA forms allowed for higher acceptance rates on the first submission of requests.
  • The portal offered real-time eBV responses for over 90% of verifications, supported by a dedicated team conducting manual verifications for payers that did not provide electronic responses.
  • A guaranteed replacement program was implemented to provide physicians with confidence and mitigate utilization risks.

Result: The implementation of the digital hub portal led to increased HCP confidence surrounding reimbursement rates and earned a satisfaction rating of 9.1 out of 10. The portal drove strong adoption rates and enabled faster access to medication for HCPs.
