EVERSANA’s Sustainability Report: Our Commitment to a Healthier World

Advancing life sciences and creating a healthier world extends beyond the services we deliver. It is reflected in how we operate as a responsible partner to our clients, our people, and the communities we serve. 

That’s why we’re excited to announce EVERSANA’s Sustainability Report, outlining this commitment with a focus on our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities. 

EVERSANA’s Science-Based Targets and ESG Goals 

To guide our sustainability work, we conducted a formal materiality assessment to identify the areas where we can have the greatest impact, including:  

  • Emissions Reduction: Established sciencebased targets, including a 63% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 37.5% reduction in Scope 3 emissions. 
  • Community Impact: Expanded partnerships with key global organizations, including Wayside Waifs, Heart to Heart International, and The Night Ministry. 
  • Ethical Governance: Strengthened compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity protocols to protect our life sciences partners. 

A Structured Approach to Sustainability in Life Sciences 

As the life sciences industry evolves, expectations for transparency, accountability, and responsible growth continue to rise. We work to meet those expectations and this report provides a clear view into how we are building a more resilient, ethical, and sustainable organization. 

Our strategy is built on four core ESG pillars designed to drive innovation and accountability: 

  1. Governance and Ethics;prioritizingstrong governance through a rigorous focus on cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical business practices. 
  2. Environmental Responsibility;continuingto strengthen how we track and manage energy use, waste, and our overall environmental footprint, anchored by our science-based emissions reduction targets mentioned above. 
  3. Labor and Human Rights;fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace. This includes a dedicated focus on employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and ongoing professional development for our global team.
  4. Community Engagement;support local and global communities through active volunteerism and strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations to drive health equity and community support.
