Seasoned leaders deepen EVERSANA’s investment in top talent and transformational technology to modernize commercialization across the biopharma sector
CHICAGO, October 26, 2026 – EVERSANA®, a leading provider of modern, AI-powered commercialization services to the global biopharmaceutical industry, today announced the additions of Connie Inguanti as Executive Vice President, Chief Data Officer and Jot Chahal as Executive Vice President, Chief AI and Transformation Officer. Both appointments reinforce EVERSANA’s commitment to pairing world-class talent with transformational technology to modernize commercialization for the industry.
In her role, Connie Inguanti will lead EVERSANA’s global data strategy, advancing the integration, activation and commercialization of data across the enterprise. She will focus on strengthening data capabilities, unlocking new opportunities for innovation and enabling more connected, insight-driven solutions across the commercialization lifecycle. Connie brings more than two decades of extensive executive leadership experience across healthcare data, commercialization, and patient services, having previously held senior leadership roles at Symphony Health, ICON plc, Asembia and Business One Technologies.
Jot Chahal will lead EVERSANA’s enterprise AI initiatives, working with business, product and technology leaders, and external partners to scale AI capabilities that enhance customer offerings and improve operational performance. Building on the success of EVERSANA’s AI Agency, he will partner with leaders across the businesses to embed AI into integrated, end-to-end commercial workflows, helping biopharma clients accelerate launches, expand patient access and improve commercial performance.
He joins EVERSANA following global leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Philips and Hillrom, bringing experiences in AI, digital health, P&L leadership and enterprise transformation.
