Stefanie is a Manager in the Evidence Synthesis group at EVERSANA.

Stefanie brings over five years of experience supporting systematic and targeted literature reviews across a range of disease areas, including prostate cancer, multiple myeloma, dermatitis, and degenerative spine disease. Stefanie has expertise in a broad range of evidence synthesis activities, including indirect treatment comparison (ITC) feasibility assessments, implementation of ITC methodologies (e.g., network meta-analyses and matching-adjusted indirect comparisons), and evaluations of surrogate outcome relationships.

She holds an MSc in Health Systems Research from the University of Toronto and an Honours BSc in Health Sciences, with a minor in Biology and Chemistry, from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Bridging Evidence Gaps in mCRPC: Highlighting the Potential of Talazoparib plus Enzalutamide

Innovation in oncology is accelerating, but the evidence needed to guide treatment decision-making often lags behind. This is particularly evident in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). In mCRPC, multiple PARP inhibitors combined with androgen receptor pathway inhibitors are now available, including: Talazoparib plus enzalutamide Olaparib plus abiraterone acetate Niraparib plus abiraterone acetate However, the absence […]

New Evidence Confirms Radiographic Progression-Free Survival (rPFS) as a Surrogate Endpoint for Overall Survival (OS) in Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

Overall survival (OS) remains the gold standard in oncology trials, but waiting for long-term OS data can delay access to life‑prolonging therapies. Radiographic progression‑free survival (rPFS) has been increasingly used as a meaningful imaging-based primary endpoint in clinical trials for advanced prostate cancer. Assessing the relationship between intermediate endpoints and OS can help predict long-term […]

Filling in the Gaps: Predicting Treatment Effects From Surrogate Endpoints

Over the past 15 years, the treatment landscape for first-line metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) has undergone significant changes, marked by the approval and investigation of several new therapies. With multiple pharmacological treatments available for first-line mCRPC, network meta-analyses (NMAs) can serve as a valuable resource for evaluating clinical effectiveness that reflects current and local […]
