Ryan Crane is a research director for Account Access Customer Relationships, a syndicated benchmarking service that helps clients build relationships with their managed care and IDN customers. He helps clients track performance versus key competitors and understand the tactics, attributes, and best practices that contribute to strong customer relationships. Ryan also leads our account access profiles suite that provides account management roadmaps for individual healthcare industry organizations.

Ryan was the lead developer of our relationship model, which has tracked
industry performance in building customer relationships since 2010. Since joining us in 2008, he has also worked on profile research involving health plans, PBMs, and IDNs.

Ryan received his BS in Mathematics and MS in Applied Statistics from Villanova University.
