David Morton leads the syndicated research platform, Health Strategies Insights by EVERSANA, focused on payers’ benefit designs, pharmacy management tools, category-level strategies, and relationships between payers/IDNs and the biopharmaceutical industry. David has over 25 years of healthcare experience and has led groundbreaking research, such as “The Total Account Approach” and research on how to engage C-suite customers. His experience in the payer and provider sector gives him a broad understanding of both clinical and reimbursement issues and allows him to make focused, realistic forecasts concerning institutional and managed care customers.

David has worked in the hospital industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has held various positions in the clinical laboratory setting. He has also worked in hospital administration for Baylor Health Care System. He holds a master’s of science degree in healthcare administration from the University of Texas, and a bachelor’s of science degree in clinical laboratory science from Tarleton State University.
