Andrew Ying is a Consultant with EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING.

Prior to joining EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, Andrew was a Life Sciences Analyst with CBPartners, where he facilitated launch plans with multi-national pharmaceutical companies for their existing and future assets in key global markets. He also supported private equity clients in conducting market due diligence and generating recommendations to acquire commercial rights to pharmaceutical products.

Before that, as an Associate Intern with PwC Strategy&, Andrew developed a market entry plan for a Malaysia-based healthcare provider to expand into the ambulatory care market. In addition, as a Summer Associate with EY-Parthenon, Andrew conducted due diligence via market research and competitive analysis.

Andrew has worked on a several commercialization plans for targeted oncology therapies using companion diagnostics to improve the diagnostic rate for rare cancer indications. Additionally, he has conducted a feasibility study for a remote patient monitoring and diagnostic device. During his academic career, he leveraged Next Generation Sequencing to look for the potential hereditary link for a specific colorectal cancer.

Andrew is fluent in Mandarin and English and speaks conversational Spanish. He holds an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a BS in Economics and Molecular and Cellular Biology from Johns Hopkins University.
