Alex holds a PhD in chemical engineering from University of Pennsylvania with a focus on molecular simulation of organic glasses utilizing predictive modeling techniques. At University of Pennsylvania, he gained years of hands-on experience with in-depth research, statistics and machine learning techniques.
Alex initially joined EVERSANA as a data scientist and has since worked on a wide variety of projects in healthcare analytics, including market sizing, patient journeys, outcomes research and influence mapping.
In his current role as a data science manager, he uses his experience with machine learning and data analysis to design predictive models based on a wide variety of medical data on topics such as rare disease identification and drug switch prediction, synthesize deliverables in a way that is both accessible and comprehensive, and develop methodologies for new products and processes internally.
