    Chief Executive Officer

    As Chief Executive Officer, Jim leads EVERSANA’s vision to accelerate the industry’s shift to patient-centered, value-based care – creating a healthier world for all. Lang brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in leading, advising and funding mission-driven health care companies. Lang previously served as CEO for several large organizations, and also spent nearly two decades building a premier strategy consultant firm. Lang holds a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth University, and is an executive advisor with Water Street Healthcare Partners.

    Greg Skalicky

    Chief Revenue Officer & Head of Global Commercialization

    Greg is EVERSANA’s Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Global Commercialization. He is responsible for accelerating the company’s growth and ensuring the success of all client commercialization efforts. With more than 25 years of executive leadership, Greg understands all facets of the pharmaceutical industry, spanning clinical operations to commercial success. Greg’s previous roles include Chief Enterprise Business Officer and Executive Vice President and General Manager at a global bio-pharmaceutical solutions organization, where he successfully managed business units and teams of several thousand employees. Skalicky holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University. He is an active member across several industry panels and consortiums.

    Chief Financial Officer

    As EVERSANA’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Kelly Baker directs the company’s financial excellence and leads the platform’s investment and growth strategies. With more than 15 years of financial leadership experience in the healthcare sector, Kelly is a highly regarded financial leader with extensive experience in high-growth organizations, leading mergers and acquisitions. Kelly is a graduate of Union College and earned a Master’s Degree from New York University.

  • Mike Ryan

    Mike Ryan

    Executive Vice President, EMEA

    Mike leads EVERSANA’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and is responsible for accelerating growth throughout the region. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the industry, having held, global leadership positions in both clinical development and life sciences software companies. Ryan passionately believes that technology can simplify the development of novel therapies and improve access to treatment. He holds a degree in Industrial Biochemistry from University Limerick and earned his Master of Business Administration from the University College Cork.

    Rob Arnold

    Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific

    As Executive Vice President of EVERSANA’s Asia Pacific region, Rob, together with Ravi Visweswara, is responsible for accelerating growth throughout the region.  With more than 30 years of consulting and leadership experiences at global pharmaceutical companies across three continents, Arnold’s focus is on accelerating the company’s growth in the region. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Law from University of Cambridge, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

    Ravi Visweswara

    Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific

    Ravi is Executive Vice President of EVERSANA’s Asia Pacific region, and together with Rob Arnold, is responsible for accelerating the company’s growth in the region. Visweswara brings more than 20 years of consulting and executive leadership experiences to EVERSANA, including previous roles leading the growth of international brands in the Asia Pacific region. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management.

  • Alan Crowther

    Alan Crowther

    General Manager, Products

    Alan drives the US and Global products portfolio at EVERSANA, an industry-leading portfolio of products covering brand, account and market access insights, global pricing and market access data, and global pricing, contracting, market access, contracting and revenue software. Alan leads this team in helping EVERSANA address clients’ global product lifecycle and price and access needs. With more than 20 years in the life sciences industry, his experience includes spearheading innovative software, data and solutions for global pricing and access, global data collection and analysis, and leveraging advanced algorithms to support commercial decisions. He has shared his expertise globally at industry conferences and has led numerous large-scale technology projects throughout his career. Alan worked previously as a vice president at CapGemini and at Accenture. Alan is a graduate of Princeton University.

    With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Krista leads EVERSANA’s Deployment Solutions Business Unit. Propelled with power of data, analytics and digital technology, Krista is transforming the strategy, activation and impact of field-based commercial, medical and market access teams to drive stronger program performance for therapies worldwide. Recently recognized as a MM&M Hall of Femme Honoree and a two-time Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association, Krista holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware.

  • Brigham Hyde, PhD

    Brigham Hyde, PhD

    President, Data and Analytics

    Brigham leads EVERSANA’s Data & Analytics Business Unit. His experiences include more than two decades of work in data science and artificial intelligence (AI) and he excels at building the best-in-class data software technologies to empower executives to make informed choices. He is a member of Forbes Technology Council, an exclusive group of senior-level technology executives who discuss how emerging technologies can change the way we live. Brigham is also an adjunct professor in pharmacology and experimental therapeutics at Tufts University and serves on the research faculty at MIT Media Lab. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Northeastern University and a PhD in Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics from Tufts University School of Medicine.

    Senior Vice President, Head of Patient Services

    Maria leads EVERSANA’s Patient Services team, providing strategic and executive oversight to ensure the best possible patient and customer experiences. She brings more than 20 years of experience across operational excellence and strategic development in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining EVERSANA, she led large-scale patient services programs at multiple leading pharmaceutical companies. Maria is a graduate of the Catholic University of America and earned a Master’s Degree from Columbia University.

    Danny Williams

    President, Channel Management

    Danny leads EVERSANA’s Channel Management  Business Units. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams to excel in commercial aspects of the pharmaceutical and services industries.  His team helps to efficiently deliver therapies to patients, ensure regulatory compliance, and support medical information and pharmacovigilance.  Danny is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi College.

    Executive Vice President, Compliance Services

    Vikram leads EVERSANA’s Compliance Service Business Unit. His experiences include more than 20 years of leading global teams and building successful partnerships with top life sciences companies and health authorities around the globe. His team includes Medical Communications, Pharmacovigilance, Product and Medical Information Contact Center, and Regulatory & Quality Consulting/Outsourcing Services. He holds a Bachelor in Science Degree in Pharmacy from Punjabi University, a Master of Business Administration from Manipal University, and Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Strategies & Transformation from Columbia Business School/MIT Sloan.

    General Manager, Revenue Management

    Jim Burke leads the Revenue Management team with more than 20 years of experience optimizing gross-to-net operations for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. An established thought leader in life sciences, he drives the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions that help companies optimize their investment in access and affordability programs through a combination of process efficiencies and holistic life cycle analytics. His team leads the way in creating first-to-market software programs that eliminate revenue leakage through unique automated transaction validation algorithms and master data alignment. Jim is an alumnus of the Stevens Institute of Technology.

    Amy Hutnik

    Amy Hutnik, General Manager, Agency, Advisory & Evidence Services 

    Amy is responsible for driving growth and innovation across EVERSANA’s agency, advisory and evidence services teams. Her career spans more than 25 years in consumer and healthcare marketing, where she’s driven brand awareness, engagement and commercialization for clients. Prior to joining EVERSANA, she spent more than a decade at large life sciences service providers, working with customers across the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. She was named to PharmaVOICE’s Top 100 list in 2018 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University.

    Scott Snyder

    Chief Digital Officer

    Scott serves as EVERSANA’s Chief Digital Officer, driving digital transformation for employees, clients, and the patients we serve. He brings more than 30 years of experience in emerging technologies and digital transformation across both global 1000 companies and startup ventures. Scott is the co-author of Goliath’s Revenge, a book focused on how established companies can turn the table through digital disruption. Scott earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

    Mark MacNaughton

    Chief Information Officer

    Mark is the Chief Information Officer at EVERSANA, overseeing the platform’s technology operation, including its global application development, IT infrastructure, security, compliance, and data and analytics. Mark brings more than 30 years of experience implementing multi-million dollar technology-related solutions and infrastructure for clients, including most recently serving as Senior Vice President at a global medical device company. MacNaughton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University in Ohio.

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    Fred is the Chief Human Resources Officer at EVERSANA and leads the company’s effort to build a thriving culture and earn recognition as a best place to work. With nearly 15 years of experience in the HR industry, Skinner brings a wide array of experience across employee engagement and talent acquisition functions from multiple industries, including consulting, healthcare, software development, diversified manufacturing and automotive.   He holds a Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University.

    General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

    Franco is EVERSANA’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and is responsible for all legal matters for the organization. He brings more than 15 years of legal and compliance industry experience across multiple industries to the team, and provides strategic counsel to the CEO and senior management team on legal matters. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law.

    Sarah leads the company’s marketing, public relations and employee communications as Chief Marketing & Corporate Communications Officer. Her team helps increase awareness of EVERSANA’s value to all stakeholders. Sarah has more than 20 years of integrated communications experience within public and private companies, including the healthcare, energy, government, media and agency sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin.
