Jen leads EVERSANA’s market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies, helping life sciences innovators overcome barriers to drug access and affordability. With more than two decades of leadership in the pharmaceutical market access landscape, Jen brings deep therapeutic expertise across specialty products, biosimilars, oncology, and rare diseases. Prior to EVERSANA, she served as Senior Vice President of US Patient and Market Access at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Vice President and Head of US Value and Access at Amgen, where she led critical payer negotiations and patient support organizations. She is an active industry leader, currently serving as the 2025 Board Chair for the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC), and is a dedicated volunteer for community food nonprofits across the country.
