Pete Riojas, Senior Vice President at EVERSANA, is a seasoned life sciences leader with more than three decades of experience guiding large, mid‑size, and emerging biopharma companies through complex commercialization challenges. His career spans product launches, corporate development, portfolio strategy, commercial operations, and field leadership, anchored by a consistent focus on improving patient outcomes and accelerating access to innovative therapies.

Pete has led and supported numerous successful product launches across therapeutic areas, including serving as Product Manager in Critical Care with full P&L responsibility for a $300M brand. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Director of Business Planning & Marketing at Pharmacia/Pfizer, where he oversaw strategic planning for 17 brands and helped shape enterprise‑level commercial direction. His corporate experience also includes designing institutional training programs, optimizing commercial operations, and building high‑performing sales organizations that consistently exceeded revenue targets.

Across every role, Pete has been recognized for his ability to integrate strategy with execution. He focuses on aligning marketing, market access, field teams, and patient services to deliver measurable impact. He is deeply committed to placing patients at the center of every decision and partnering with biopharma organizations to strengthen treatment journeys, enhance engagement, and achieve meaningful commercial results.

Pete earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and completed his pharmacy education at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. He was recruited early into the pharmaceutical industry and has since built a 30‑plus‑year career defined by leadership, integrity, and a passion for advancing healthcare.
