Aidan Dineen, PhD is a Senior Director within EVERSANA’s Value & Evidence team with nearly a decade of experience supporting pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in the development of evidence strategies that enable successful commercialization and market access.

Drawing on a multidisciplinary scientific background and extensive HEOR expertise, he specializes in integrated evidence generation planning across all stages of the product lifecycle. Aidan partners with cross-functional stakeholders to design evidence strategies that align clinical, economic, payer, and patient evidence needs. His experience spans global evidence generation programs, health technology assessment (HTA) submissions, economic modelling, burden of illness research, value communication, and real-world evidence planning. He has contributed to more than 20 reimbursement submissions across Canada and the United Kingdom and has supported evidence strategies across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, nephrology, immunology, neurology, respiratory disease, gastroenterology, rare diseases, and cardiovascular health.

Prior to joining EVERSANA, Aidan spent 10 years in academic research focused on molecular genetics, immune-mediated diseases, and genome editing technologies. He holds a PhD in Molecular and Medical Genetics from the University of Calgary, an MSc in Biology from McMaster University, and an Honours BSc in Developmental Biology from the University of Toronto.
