During the last 16 years, she has been focused on Talent Acquisition initiatives collaborating with clients to build high performing teams based on skill sets, expertise and cultural fit. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry, Amy spent 8 years in various leadership roles in human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Jacksonville State University.
