Company recognized in 2025 for AI-Powered HCP Panels Used for Sales Representative Training

And so, when the 2025 AI Excellence Awards winners were announced, it was not surprising that once again EVERSANA made the list. This year the company was recognized in the product category for its work creating AI-Powered HCP Panels that are used by several large pharma clients to help support training scenarios for sales representatives as they connect with clinicians.
Leveraging “digital twin technology,” the solution uses Generative AI to create experiences of what it would be like to connect with clinicians at their office, via phone, and in other formats. Using AI, the sales representatives select a few different criteria, then frequent questions they might have when interacting with a doctor.
From there, the tool kicks out an experience to simulate what a sales leader might expect as they connect with healthcare professionals to prepare them for future, authentic meetings.
