The Situation
- EVERSANA quickly and successfully developed and implemented medical information services and workflow processes, completed configuration of EVERSANA’s medical information system, conducted staff training, and aligned the communications between client and EVERSANA. A project lead was assigned as single point of contact with the client and a team of shared pharmacists were trained to support MI inquiry volume and hours of live coverage.
The Solution
- Client requested implementation of MI Contact Center program to support a product launch for the treatment of a rare inherited inflammatory condition called Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS) including Familial Cold Autoinflammatory Syndrome (FCAS) and Muckle-Wells Syndrome (MWS). The product had fast-tracked designation, and the client had a short timeframe for implementation of ‘high-touch’ MI Contact Center services.

- Client chose to continue services with EVERSANA from launch through the present day, with an expanding portfolio of products and increasing inquiry volumes.
