As a seasoned life science marketer, Mike brings a data-driven approach to customer experience marketing and innovation. He is an expert in patient experience and engagement, strategies, global multi-channel marketing initiatives, data analytics and insights and online behavioral advertising and marketing communications. Before joining EVERSANA, Mike founded and ran a global relationship marketing firm where he and his team helped life science companies build best in class, scalable and flexible patient experience initiatives.
Prior to this, Mike was at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and was part of the Viagra launch team and led their Global Relationship Marketing, Multi-Cultural and Patient Education teams. Mike is a frequent presenter at global life sciences conferences and has written numerous articles about customer engagement strategies. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Hartford and has taken several leadership programs at Harvard.
