With more than 20 years of experience managing contact centers, Kathleen oversees the tele-sales division of EVERSANA Field Solutions.

She brings more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having previously worked with Mission Pharmacal and inVentiv Health, supporting many companies such as Allergan and Bausch Health.

Prior to entering the Pharmaceutical world, Kathleen’s experience was in the insurance division of American Express where she managed sales teams. She also has a strong background in quality assurance, training, process improvement, account and project management, CRM configuration and management.
