Jim has more than 25 years of professional experience investigating how technologies can be introduced and leveraged to improve training, engagement, and to solve business problems. He has played key technical roles in mobile, Internet, Intranet and Extranet projects for numerous clients across diverse industry verticals. Jim served as a contributing editor of Network Solutions magazine, and is the author of Intranets: The Surf Within, and The Webmaster’s Guide to Lotus Domino. He has spoken at several learning and development conferences, and his conference proceedings have been published by NASA.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
