Deborah leads EVERSANA’s partnership expansion plans for the commercial business in Canada. Her career spans more than 30 years in marketing, regulatory, product planning and commercial leadership in Canada and the U.S. Prior to joining EVERSANA, Deborah was one of the founding partners of Accelera Canada Ltd. (healthcare consulting firm) and the president of EMD Serono Canada for 14 years, as well as the executive vice president of EMD Serono (US) for 4 years.

She has been awarded the Canadian Marketing Hall of Fame award, the BIOTECanada Gold Leaf Award and the Serono CEO’s 21st Century Award. She holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
