Carlos brings 40 years of experience in prescription, over-the-counter and consumer-packaged goods. He has been involved in more than 15 multi-country product launches in the United States, European Union, Latin America and Asia, including China. In addition to international product launches, Carlos has extensive global expertise in mergers and acquisitions and footprint building
Carlos has held global sales, marketing, general management, and other leadership positions at Baxter (Hyland/Fenwal Diagnostics), Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering Plough and American Home Products.
Carlos earned a BS degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and an MBA degree from the University of Miami.
