Amy has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with 16 of those years in various roles at Lash Group (an AmerisourceBergen company). She has worked extensively in developing strategies and solutions for patient service programs with a primary focus on successful product launch design and evolving program models to address the changing needs of a product or client portfolio. This has included an understanding of payer and channel design and how these inform a full patient service solution. In her role, she gained a deep understanding of broader industry supplier capabilities and how those companies fit into the patient experience.
Amy has broad experience in patient services and has designed over 100 patient services programs across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, immunology and rare disease. Amy’s comprehensive experience drives her deep understanding of the variability of patient access solutions driven by a manufacturer’s strategy, product’s attributes, stakeholder preferences and the specialty market. At Lash, Amy led numerous initiatives focused on optimizing operational processes, strategy development and enhancing the patient experience.
Amy earned a BS degree in Business Administration from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
