Adam is a commercial strategy leader with more than a decade of experience shaping and executing insight-driven strategy in the life sciences, as both a consultant and an executive in the industry. He is deeply experienced in all major global markets. As an expert on future commercial models in the life sciences, Adam has had a particular focus on customer-centered strategy and analytics.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of customer-centered marketing, including customer analytics and segmentation, personalized campaign design, marketing automation, and data integration. In addition to customer strategy, he has played a variety of roles related to corporate and commercial strategy more broadly, with an emphasis on business unit strategy, product development and launch strategy, and financial decision making. Adam has written and spoken on a number of topics, including the role of insight generation and analytics in life sciences strategy.
He holds an MBA with distinctions in marketing, finance, and health enterprise management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in foreign service, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
