Our client, a midsize biotech, was developing its first oncologic in an already-crowded market and needed support in defining a highly customized launch strategy and tactical roadmap.
The Solution
We began by taking stock of previously completed launch and brand planning efforts to build an initial fact base. Next, we leveraged previously recognized launch best practices and client-provided information to define a set of launch imperatives.
We also built a roadmap to guide the client in launching the asset with sub-team planning efforts, resourcing expectations, and launch imperatives front of mind. We secured endorsement for the launch roadmap by senior management prior to embedding the roadmap into strategic planning efforts moving forward.
