the situation

The Situation

  • Client elected to leverage EVERSANA’s MI database and EVERSANA worked collaboratively to configure the database for the client’s needs. EVERSANA also worked with client to integrate MI database with clients, Veeva Vault Medcomms content management system and Veeva CRM system to improve efficiency.  
  • A hybrid staffing model with 2 dedicated FTEs and a team of trained shared staff was deployed to support anticipated case volume. 
  • Additionally, EVERSANA worked with client to develop a self-service MI web portal for US HCPs.

  • Client had to build entire MI department and function from the ground up in 5-month timeframe to prepare for approval and launch of 2 new cardiology products. Client internal MI department was a team of 1 and client was looking for high-touch, high-quality, scalable, and strategic MI contact center partner with advanced MI database, telephony, and innovative solutions to support anticipated case volume and to ensure efficiency. 
the results

The Results

  • Within 8 weeks of SOW execution telephony and MI database were configured and up and running to support approval and launch of 2 products. 
  • MI team was fully trained and prepared to handle the launch of both products, with peak case volumes around 300 to 500 cases a month.  
  • Dedicated staff as part of hybrid model also supported development of FAQs, assisted with custom response development, and assisted with MI web portal development, etc.
