Doina Mazilu

Doina Mazilu has 20 years of international Human Resource experience within both pharmaceutical and IT industries, including time spent at international start-ups and large global companies.
Before joining EVERSANA, Doina worked for 5 years for a Swiss pharmaceutical start-up focused on orphan drugs where she helped the company grow and build its commercial capabilities across Europe. Doina supports and coaches EVERSANA leaders with talent acquisition activities, talent and performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
She has worked in concept design, implementation and improvement of HR programs and processes to support business transformation and scaling up, change management. Doina brings a multicultural perspective and experience in matrix and agile organizations.
In her previous roles, she was responsible for several countries across Europe for a global IT company, she had worked 7 years as a consultant in recruitment agencies focused on middle management and top executive levels and for 8 years she worked as HR Generalist in global, multinational companies.
